New Community Leader for L'Arche Winnipeg

We are very happy to announce that the Board of Directors of L’Arche Winnipeg has appointed Dominic Opaka, the new Community Leader for the next mandate, January 2022-December 2025.

Dominic has been a member of L’Arche Edmonton for the past 3 years and currently holds the role of Assistant Homes Coordinator. Previously he was a member of L’Arche Edinburgh, in Scotland for 7 years. 

Dominic is deeply rooted in L’Arche, its Mission, its core values and we believe the right person to lead the community forward. We are grateful for Dominic’s “yes” and are committed to support him and the community in this time of transition and renewal.

He is honoured and delighted by this new opportunity in his L’Arche journey.
