A large community in a metropolis on the mountainous west coast of Canada, very engaged in social justice and interfaith dialogue in its milieu.

Established in 1974, L'Arche Greater Vancouver is a community of approximately 110 people. We have 6 homes where 25 people with developmental disabilities reside.  Emmaus Center, an activity based program, provides meaningful activities for 8 people with disabilities.

We are deeply committed to relationships with people who have developmental disabilities through creating safe, happy homes and meaningful workday programs that develop and reflect individual choices, talents and gifts.
