A community dedicated to making known the gifts and contribution of people who have an intellectual disability, in beautiful northern Ontario.

In 1978 , inspired by Jean Vanier, Claire Trahan founded the L'Arche North Bay community. Today, L'Arche North Bay is home to 11 core members at Kara Foyer and Manu Residence.

L'Arche North Bay is located in a vibrant city of 56,000 people, nestled between Lake Nipissing and Trout Lake conveniently located just three and a half hours from Toronto and Ottawa.
